| $85Cooking with fish can be an easy and fast way to prepare a healthy dinner if you have the right tools and knowledge. Don’t let seafood seem daunting to cook. Work with Chef Emily to learn to make perfectly cooked, delicious fish and shellfish. We will be cooking seafood on the stove, in the oven, and in liquid. Recipes are heart-healthy and diabetic friendly.
