I love cooking in the summer, whether it’s outside on the grill or inside on the stove. The best part is keeping it simple and using whatever is fresh in the market be your guide. In the first of three summer classes, we will make Grilled Summer Squash with Whipped Ricotta and Gremolata; Shrimp Burgers with Deconstructed Guacamole; Roasted Chicken with Jammy Tomatoes and Pancetta; Lemon Ricotta Cake with Whipped Cream and Berries
