Some foods are just naturally wine friendly and act as a platform to bring out the harmony in the wines. Parsnip Soup with Crispy Leeks served with Alsatian Riesling; Watercress & Endive Salad with Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts, and Walnut Vinaigrette served with Chardonnay; Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Root Vegetables served with Merlot; Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Bean Crème Anglaise served with Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
