The cuisine of New Zealand is a diverse British-based cuisine, with Mediterranean and Pacific Rim influences as the country becomes more cosmopolitan, thanks to a dazzling range of ingredients and a truly multicultural society. New Zealand’s wine production has skyrocketed in the last twenty years, and vineyards now grow in every location where the climate allows viticulture.
