Friday night is pizza night! In this class we will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough, how to shape and stretch it, and, an easy technique for transferring the pizza to and from the oven. We will make three delicious pizzas: Pizza Bianca Topped with Garlic-Infused Olive Oil and Coarse Sea Salt; Classic Pizza Margherita with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Fresh Tomato Sauce; Greek Pan Pizza with Tomatoes, Olives, Red Onions, and Feta
