Tim Love worked as a chef in various well-known restaurants before moving to Texas. In 2000, he opened the Lonesome Dove in Ft Worth. As one of the newer Texas chefs, he’s had a significant impact in promoting Texas’ flavors and culinary traditions among a national audience.
