November is the time for falling leaves and cozy sweaters, but best yet, it is time for Beaujolais Nouveau! This red wine, made from the Gamay grape, is low in tannins. It is not meant to be aged and can be enjoyed just as it is released which is always the third Thursday in November. In this class Chef Johnnie will help you create a delicious bistro meal that is perfectly paired with a nice glass of this amazing wine.
