Farm operator, Karen, will tell you all about their grass-fed, grass-finished pasture-raised beef and pork, and organic practiced free-range chickens. You will learn the health benefits of grass-fed meats, and how to prepare various proteins from the market. You’ll also enjoy recipes made with fresh fruits and vegetables.
