Switch up your brunch routine, ditch the restaurant scene and invite your friends over. This class will teach you a variety of sweet and savory dishes with ingredients fresh from the market. You will flavor your own bacon (sweet or spicy: you pick!) and perfect the art of poaching an egg. No brunch is complete without a sweetened sparkling beverage, so we will concoct deliciously fruity and refreshing sangria.
