Food is the gateway to understanding the culture and the people of a country and this is especially true for Italy. Grab a friend or a date and join us as we prepare a hearty, nourishing and satisfying rustic Italian meal. Please note ~ Participants will be divided up into groups based on the menu and number of students registered. You may end up working as a group of 2 or 4, depending on the size of the class.
