With Bastille Day approaching, this is a great time to grab the one you love and set off a few fireworks in the kitchen. Often Bistro cooking is thought of as cold weather, comfort food. However, Bistro cooking is classic, straightforward French cooking that can be light and yet filling for a summer meal, too. Grab a friend or date and learn some dishes that inspire you to work together to share your love of food. Please note ~ Participants will be divided up into groups based on the menu and number of students registered. You may end up working as a group of 2 or 4, depending on the size of the class.
