Let’s make a few wine pairing suggestions –
Hugel Riesling 2013 is a dry and elegant Riesling with nice acidity. This wine would be wonderful with Parsnip Soup and Crispy Leeks.
Kunde Chardonnay 2008 is an oak free Chardonnay with a classic Chardonnay nose and lively, fresh aftertaste. It would pair perfectly with a Watercress & Endive Salad with Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and Walnut Vinaigrette
Hunt and Harvest Merlot 2013 starts with blackberry and violet then finishes with iron-rich dark, fruit flavors. Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Root Vegetables are a sure hit with this wine.
All we need now is a Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Bean Crème Anglaise served with a Sauvignon Blanc!! Check it out – The Vintner’s Table II
In addition, I have to mention Hugel Pinot Blanc Amour 2012. This wine is soft, subtle, and refreshing. It would make an excellent aperitif. Great with appetizers and turkey too! (I could drink this all day.)
