At a recent wine tasting, we sampled a lovely sparkling white wine – Stemmari, Sicilia Baci Vivaci. The tiny bubbles offer pleasant and elegant flavors. There is a delicate minerality and fresh acidity that creates a party on the palate.
This would be an excellent aperitif and great with fish, cheese, vegetables, and white meats.
Baci Vivaci means “lively kisses” in Italian – an appropriate name for this refreshing, bubbly wine. An added bonus . . . it has a screw top!!
