Paul Cullen, former bass player for Bad Company, is coming back to rock the kitchen at Culinaria, teach Italian cooking, and play his guitar! He cooks and plays music right in your home. Paul also does restaurant tours in Rehoboth, Delaware. He recently earned his Level I Sommelier Certificate.
Taste of Piemonte Menu: Bagnet Verd Taleggio Crostini – Bagnet Verd is a classic Piedmontese parsley sauce. Insalata Russa – Very popular in Italy. In the eighteenth century was known as insalata genovese because it is said that it was served to aristocracy for gala dinners. Agnolotti with a Mushroom Thyme Beef Broth – Agnolotti is pasta typical of the Piedmont region of Italy, made with small pieces of flattened pasta dough, and folded over a filling of roasted meat or vegetables. Whipped Nutella Mascarpone filled Strawberries.
