Private Events Sample Menu and Class Policies
Culinaria Cooking School Private Event Cooking Classes are available for your next corporate event, team building, holiday party, bridal shower, etc. Events are reserved on a first come-first serve basis and are subject to the availability of our kitchens and Chefs. Please call (703) 865-7920 between 9:30a-5:30p (M-F) to check availability.
Private Event Policies
Minimum # of guests = 10 (both kitchens)
Maximum # of guests = 16 (Participation) or 26 (Demonstration)
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your event. One (1) point of contact is required for payment of entire event.
Final menu selections must be made ten (10) days prior to your event.
Final number of attendance and final payment is due seven (7) days prior to your event.
If your attendance should fall after the final guarantee is given you are still responsible for payment of the final guarantee number.
If your attendance should grow after the final guarantee is given we will do our best to accommodate the additional guest(s) but can not guarantee their accommodation.
There is a $40.00 fee for each Assistant we have help with your event. One (1) Assistant is required for every five (5) guests.Prices and Menus subject to change at any time.
Wine Policies
Our per person menu prices includes two (2) bottles of wine* for your event. Additional bottles may be purchased on a consumption basis ($20 per bottle) and will be charged to your credit card within 1-3 business days following your event.
Only a Chef or Assistant may pour wine. Absolutely no food or beverage (including alcohol) may be brought into the school. Culinaria reserves the right to ID anyone who appears under 21 years of age and may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
