| $70Friday night is pizza night! In this class we will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough, how to shape and stretch it, and, an easy technique for transferring the pizzas to and from the oven. We will make three delicious Italian pizzas: Pizza Bianca with Garlic-Infused Olive Oil and Coarse Sea Salt; Classic Pizza Margherita with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil and an Uncooked Fresh Tomato Sauce; Mushroom, Caramelized Onion and Pancetta Pizza
