A vineyard will quite often showcase their wines with a special dinner. Once the wines are chosen, consideration then turns to the perfect dish to enhance those wines. Some foods are just naturally wine friendly and act as a platform to bring out the harmony in the wines.  Wines will be paired with the dinner.  Moroccan Spiced Shrimp over Roasted Yams with Coriander; Poached Salmon & Shrimp in a Truffle Crème Sauce; Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Veal Sauce; Roasted Mini Potatoes; Fromage Blanc Tart with Fall Fruits
