Cajun cuisine (French: cuisine cadienne, Spanish: cocina acadiense) is a style of cooking developed by the Cajun–Acadians who were deported from Acadia to Louisiana during the 18th century and who incorporated West African, French and Spanish cooking techniques into their original cuisine. Cajun food is simply amazing, full of history and cultures! It is another of my favorite foods and does not have to be super spicy! You can always adjust the amount of seasoning used. Cajun Bacon Garlic Shrimp and Crawfish Tails over Cheesy Grits; Blackened New York Steak with Béarnaise Sauce with Cajun Black-eye Peas; Cajun Cake
