My place, Italy, is made up of its great regional traditions, remarkable landscape and architecture, and its gastronomy. Chefs Stephen & Pete will take you on a grand culinary tour, as you navigate your way through the different regional cuisines of Italy. Each course is paired with a different Italian wine. Sausage and Bean Soup with Pecorino Crostini (Tuscany); Tomato Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette (Viareggio); Pasta with Lamb Sauce, Tomato, and Whipped Ricotta (Emilia-Romagna); Cotoletta alla Bolognese (Bologna); Sauteed Swiss Chard with Shallots and Garlic (Genoa); Chocolate Vanilla Panna Cotta Tart with Fresh Berries (Campania).
