The famous Jaffa cake is a true exploration in pastry skills, as shown in the Great British Baking show. You’ll learn several techniques. Also, we make chocolate spheres filled with delightful chocolate mousse and a surprise fruit filling. We will decorate them to look like holiday ornaments. These are holiday showstoppers!
