One Fish, Two Fish – $80 Per Person – 3/31/17

So sorry you missed it – this class is now SOLD OUT! If you have ever wanted to cook fish at home and wound up once again with salmon or tilapia…or opened a can of tuna instead, then this class is for you. Students will make three classic international dishes and learn to properly cook shellfish, poach fish filets and will learn how to cut filets from whole fish then pan roast them. The menu will include an Italian Seafood Salad with Mussels, Clams, Bay Scallops and Shrimp served over Mixed Greens; White Fish Veronique (Rolled Filets poached in white wine and butter with grapes; and Snapper Veracruz (Red Snapper Filets in a zesty tomato based sauce with onion, garlic, capers and green olives); Dessert and wine will also be served.
