This dinner will celebrate the life of one of my closest friends and favorite assistants (who assisted over 230 classes) at Culinaria Cooking School. This was an amazing woman everyone loved, who we sadly lost to brain cancer. All proceeds, from the class, will be donated to glioblastoma brain cancer research. Our menu is based on some of Cindy’s favorites!
