The reason so many people fall in love in Italy has much to do with its cuisine. Italian cooking has been influenced by diverse groups of people and places, historically and in modern times. It seems like just a few years ago that I was at the Culinary Institute of Florence in Italy, and I realized just how much that experience affected my cooking.
