Be transported to Paris for an afternoon of learning the art of French Pastry! In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French choux pastry. Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create 4-5 Eclairs and Cream Puffs! Chef Michael will then demonstrate a pâte sucre, or sweet dough, a fresh lemon curd and a creme pâtissier, a pastry cream. You will roll out some tart shells, fill them with lemon curd, and bake them.
