On a recent trip to Washington State, Chef Pete picked up some unique cooking and presentation ideas. Seattle has some beautiful scenery – from Pikes Place to the amazing mountains and oceans. Each course will be prepared as a picture of what inspired him while he was there and in honor of his brother Russ, his wife Jamie, and their daughter Sarah.
