You can generally make better pizza at home than you can have delivered. You will learn how to make two basic types of pizza dough – traditional New York dough and the flour/

cornmeal dough used to make the famous Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. We will make two types of basic tomato sauce and have a variety of ingredients to individualize your pizza (meat, veggies, and even white pizza). This will definitely be a fun “hands on” class.
